1) Can I make my own package or can I make changes to the packages offered?

No - you are not able to make your own package or make changes to existing packages.

2)  Can I choose what logo goes on the items in my package?

No - this year all items will have the HSM Solutions logo imprinted on them.

3)  How are items sized?

All items are unisex sizing - no ladies sizing offered.

4)  Why do you need my email address?

In order to provide an order confirmation we need your email address - If you do not have an email address, contact your HR representative.

5)  How will I receive my order?

All orders will be shipped in groups as they are complete to their respective location and someone at your location will then distribute orders to you.

6)  When does the HSM Holiday Store close?

The last day to place your orders will be January 31, 2025.

7)  Can I order more than once or more than one package?

Each employee is entitled to one package only.

8)  No Exchanges or Returns - However if you received the incorrect item please reach out to Meg and the mistake will be corrected.
